Kristina Stajduhar
Registered Massage Therapist

Kristina has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years. She has always had a passion for helping people and an interest in massage therapy.

Health and fitness are very important to her, and she believes that staying active, eating healthy, and reducing stress can play a huge part in our longevity and overall well-being. In her practice, she uses both relaxing and therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and passive stretching. She caters to individual needs and specific treatments. Sometimes, a deep tissue treatment may be warranted, while other times, one simply needs to take a moment to destress from their regular day.

Kristina is originally from Ottawa, Ontario, where she grew up playing a number of sports, swimming, boating, and fishing. She has discovered a love for gardening, cooking, and food and can often be seen at the gym, doing Pilates, hiking, browsing farmers markets, or enjoying coffee at a local café.

In 2011, she drove across Canada from Ottawa to beautiful BC, packing her truck and trailer with a strong sense of adventure. She has since relocated from the Lower Mainland to Kamloops a few years ago and is happy to be part of this community. She looks forward to making new friends and welcoming new people at the clinic as she continues to explore the area further.

"We have to take responsibility"

Often, we are too busy in our daily lives, we tend to look after those around us but not always give ourselves the same attention and care. Taking small steps towards our health and wellbeing can have a huge impact in our bodies.

We live in a very stressful world and reducing our stress, quieting our minds, and easing the physical tension can play a significant role in our health, even if it's for a brief moment in our week. Massage Therapy is a great part of a well-being routine. Looking after ourselves and our health will allow us to have many more roads to travel and adventures to be had.
